VJ Memorials is committed to delivering exceptional, personalized service throughout every stage of your experience with us. Every memorial we produce is crafted from premium, monument-grade stone, selected for its enduring quality. We guarantee that no memorial will leave our hands with concealed defects that could cause cracking or deterioration as a result of normal weather or seasonal conditions. Our engraving and craftsmanship meet the highest standards of the trade.

Should any stone portion of your memorial crack or deteriorate due to weather or seasonal exposure, VJ Memorials will repair or replace it at absolutely no cost to you. Any errors that are ours will be corrected free of charge. In the event that a correction is needed due to customer-provided information, we will make those changes at a discounted rate. Please be aware that routine upkeep falls outside the scope of this warranty, and we encourage families to have their memorial gently cleaned on an annual basis. Over time, natural elements such as bird droppings, plant matter, tree residue, hard water, and environmental pollutants may cause gradual weathering and some softening of contrast — this is considered normal aging.

Owners of upright monuments are encouraged to include their memorial under a homeowner’s insurance policy for added protection.

This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from acts of war, seismic activity, flooding, or high-wind events.
