Approved Sizes and the Cemetery’s Regulations
Loma Vista accepts granite flat markers throughout the entire park. In the Eastern Slope Lawns, granite is the only material permitted. All granite markers must be at least 3″ thick, with flat edges only; no beveled edges and no lawn mower proof (LMP) edges are accepted. Flat markers only; no uprights, slants, or benches.
Baby / Infant Marker
18″ × 9″ × 3″. The smallest permitted granite marker at Loma Vista, for infant spaces.
Single Marker (Standard)
24″ × 12″ × 3″. A standard single space flat granite marker.
Single Marker (Maximum)
28″ × 16″ × 3″. The largest flat granite marker Loma Vista allows. The most popular size for adult memorials here.
Loma Vista accepts any granite color. Choose from our full palette of 18 colors.

Do you handle everything with Loma Vista?
Yes. We design and engrave the memorial at our Chino factory, and once you approve the design proof we take it from there: paperwork, cemetery approval, and delivery coordination. No separate calls to Loma Vista on your end.
What are Loma Vista’s visiting hours?
Loma Vista Memorial Park’s grounds are open daily from 7am to 5pm, extended to 7pm during daylight saving time. For holiday hours or section access questions, call the cemetery office at (714) 525-1575.
What types of memorials are allowed at Loma Vista?
Loma Vista allows flat granite markers only, in three sizes. See the Cemetery Regulations section above for every permitted size and section rule.
What are the setting fees at Loma Vista?
Loma Vista charges a flat setting fee on all outside markers: $420 for adult sizes (24″×12″×3″ and 28″×16″×3″) and $160 for infant (18″×9″×3″). The fee is billed by the cemetery and is separate from the cost of the memorial itself. Fees listed as of July 1, 2026.
Who installs the marker at Loma Vista?
Loma Vista’s own staff. We deliver the finished memorial to the park, and their team handles the installation. The setting fee covers it.
How long does it take to get a headstone made and set at Loma Vista?
In-stock flat markers are ready in 2 to 6 weeks after design approval. After we deliver to Loma Vista, the grounds crew usually sets the marker within a few weeks. We coordinate the delivery schedule with the cemetery office so you don’t have to.
Can I add an inscription to an existing memorial at Loma Vista?
Yes. We bring portable engraving equipment directly to the gravesite at Loma Vista, so the marker doesn’t have to be removed. Adding a second name, a date, or a short inscription typically takes a couple of hours on site. Good to know: Loma Vista does not do date additions on headstones purchased from outside companies, so you’ll want a monument company like us to handle it. Learn more about on site engraving →

Our factory and showrooms in Chino are about 23 miles from Loma Vista Memorial Park, roughly 30 minutes on the 57 freeway. Every memorial bound for Loma Vista is designed and hand finished here in Chino, then delivered by our own team.

A Fullerton Landmark Since 1914
37 acres in the hills of north Fullerton, family owned since 1914.
Loma Vista Memorial Park was founded in 1914 by Argus Brutus Adams and Emanuel Smith on 37.5 acres purchased from the Bastanchury family. Kurt Adams, the founder’s great grandson, runs it today, fourth generation, still family owned and independent. The park is nonsectarian and open to all faiths.
Families from Fullerton, Brea, Placentia, Yorba Linda, Anaheim, La Habra, and Buena Park all use Loma Vista.
Ownership: Private, family owned. Not part of any corporate cemetery network.
