Approved Sizes and the Cemetery’s Regulations
Green Acres is a flat marker park: granite memorials set level with the lawn, with no upright monuments. Markers may have a 2 inch beveled edge, an LMP edge, or a flat edge border, and the park recommends the LMP edge. Granite must be between 3 and 4 inches thick. Etched photos and photo tiles are both welcome on granite markers. Each garden has its own dimensions, and every memorial is installed by Green Acres’ own staff.

What Families Say About Us
What Families Ask About Green Acres
Do you handle everything with Green Acres?
Yes. We design and engrave the memorial at our Chino factory, and once you approve the design proof we take it from there: paperwork, cemetery approval, and delivery coordination. We email the approved layout to Green Acres ahead of delivery, so there are no separate calls on your end.
What are Green Acres’ visiting hours?
Green Acres Memorial Park is open daily from 8:00 AM to sunset. For holiday hours or section access questions, call the cemetery office at (909) 877-2311.
What types of memorials are allowed at Green Acres?
Green Acres allows flat granite markers, from single markers to full ledgers, with no upright monuments. See the Cemetery Regulations section above for every permitted size and section rule.
What are the setting fees at Green Acres Memorial Park?
Green Acres charges a setting fee paid directly to the cemetery before they accept the marker, separate from the cost of the memorial. Fees vary by the size and type of marker and are not published; the cemetery office quotes them per order. Call us at (909) 902-9000 and we’ll walk you through what to expect for your marker.
Who installs the marker at Green Acres?
Green Acres’ own grounds crew. We deliver the finished memorial to the park, and their team sets it level with the ground. The setting fee covers this installation.
How long does it take to get a headstone made and set at Green Acres?
In-stock flat markers are ready in 2–4 weeks. Special orders may take longer; we’ll let you know up front. Once delivered to Green Acres, the cemetery typically sets the marker within five business days.
Can I add an inscription to an existing memorial at Green Acres?
Yes. We add inscriptions to existing memorials on site at Green Acres Memorial Park. We bring our portable engraving equipment right to the gravesite, so there’s no need to disturb the memorial or coordinate a removal. Adding a second name, a death date, or a short inscription typically takes a couple of hours on site. Learn more about on-site engraving →

A mortuary was added on the grounds in 1973, bringing funeral and burial services onto one property.
