Adding the Final Date at the Cemetery
When a companion memorial is made while one spouse is still living, a space is prepared for the final date to be added later. The rectangular area shown here is left specifically for that future inscription. When the time comes, our craftsman goes directly to the cemetery and engraves the final date into the granite on site. The memorial does not need to be removed from the ground or returned to our shop.
