Service Area Map
Three service areas, one factory. Here is how far our trucks go, where we ship by freight, and where we can add an inscription on site.
Where We Deliver
Every memorial we make starts in Chino. How it reaches the cemetery depends on where the cemetery is. The map shows the three areas, and the sections below explain what each one means for your family.
Delivery & On-Site Engraving
The cemeteries our own trucks visit. This is the area we have served since 1966: Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire from Fillmore to Victorville, Redlands and Perris.
What you get: we design and engrave the memorial in Chino and deliver it to the cemetery ourselves. In most cases the cemetery sets it. For most cemeteries here we can also come out and add a name or date to an existing memorial right at the grave.
Time: in-stock flat markers are usually ready 2 to 6 weeks after you approve the design.
Freight Delivery
The rest of Southern California: Santa Barbara, Bakersfield, the high desert, Palm Springs, and San Diego County. Too far for our trucks, close enough that we cover the freight.
What you get: the same memorial, made the same way, with free freight shipping to the cemetery, crated and insured. We handle the paperwork with the cemetery before it ships, and in most cases their crew sets it.
What’s different: we do not do on-site engraving in this ring. Added inscriptions are done by the cemetery or a local engraver.
Shipping
Northern and Central California as far as San Francisco, Las Vegas, and the Phoenix area. Families often come to us because a loved one is buried back home in Southern California, or because they want a stone made the way we make them.
What you get: flat granite and bronze markers shipped by freight to the cemetery. Freight is billed separately in this ring, and we quote it with the memorial. Upright monuments are quoted case by case because of weight.
Where we stop: granite is heavy, so we do not ship beyond this ring. If your cemetery is outside it, we are glad to recommend a monument company closer to you.
Most cemeteries set their own memorials
At most cemeteries in all three areas, the grounds crew installs the memorial after it arrives, and their setting fee is separate from our price. A few cemeteries still have us set the stone; we’ll tell you which when you call. You can see each cemetery’s fee on its page, or find your cemetery here.
Not sure which area you’re in?
Tell us the cemetery and we’ll tell you whether we deliver, ship, or can engrave on site, and what it costs to get the memorial there.
