Sandoval Tree and Work Boots Grave MarkerPuritan Rose Granite

A familiar object can say something personal without showing a whole scene. On Sonny’s grave marker, a pair of work boots sits below his portrait, beside words about a lifetime of hard work and pride. The boots give that part of the message a simple picture of its own. Families can use everyday items this way to help tell a story, even when the design does not name a particular job.
