A Sanded Bevel Adds Contrast and Definition
A sanded bevel around the outside edge creates a lighter border that naturally frames the polished granite and draws attention toward the inscription. On this memorial, the contrast between the sanded bevel and the polished red granite gives the stone more depth and a more finished appearance without adding additional artwork. It’s a subtle detail, but one that can make a noticeable difference in the overall design.
